I did it!
Goodness it was stressful but I pulled it off and everything was perfect, the cake was delicious and looked exactly how the bride wanted.
The white chocolate ganache was really beautiful to eat and complimented the cake flavours perfectly.
I will definitely use the ganache in future, not sure I like the taste of fondant personally but it was a hit with the guests.
