Ice Cream cake with a twist!

Enchanted cakes created a surprise 9th birthday cake for my twins. They had no idea what it would look like just that it would be bright. Well not only was it a bright explosion of colour it was an upside down ice cream cone cake like you've never seen. It was a great fun cake even topped with melting ice cream (chocolate)and a cone on top. As always the taste was amazing and it was demolished on the day- bummer, no left overs! Thanks Yvette the kids loved it!
