Our cakes are created with only the highest quality materials both inside and out. This guarantees that your cake will not only taste delicious, but also be structurally sound.

Ganache & Frosting

We use only the best quality chocolate, which provides a distinctively luscious flavour our loyal customers have come to expect. Our cakes are cut and then layered with creamy white or dark chocolate ganache within each tier of cake. The cake is then covered entirely in chocolate ganache and finished in fondant, depending on the design requirements.

You may also choose to have your cake layered and covered in our delectable vanilla buttercream frosting (design dependent).
